With an accomplished coaching staff from the Northern Michigan area, we seek to provide a safe, clean facility to better ourselves, and our community, through training and education in the Martial Arts.
Our staff has trained, competed, and succeeded at high levels of multiple disciplines and has the skills and knowledge to assist you in reaching personal goals in different styles including Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA, whether you desire to compete or not. To support training in these disciplines, we also offer personal training sessions, strength and conditioning classes, and a group of training partners with experience to push you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.

Every M-F 4p-5p. Classes will cover the basics of Boxing & Jiu-Jitsu, as well as give athletes an opportunity to compete at an Olympic level in the off season!
