In this 4 week course, you will get a great mental and physical workout alongside other women! Utilize bags and pool noodles to learn practical Boxing drills and get a great workout in a fun environment!
This course is beginner friendly, but can also accommodate the experienced athlete.
Bring a water bottle, clean athletic shoes (bare feet optional) and a great attitude!

(4) Fridays in August: 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th
In this 4 week course you will learn the basic positions and movements for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Womens Only Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent option for beginners who want to get in a great workout and learn a useful skill!
This course is beginner friendly, but can also accommodate the experienced athlete.
Bring a water bottle, sandals, and a great attitude!

Womens Only Boxing is an excellent no contact option for beginners who want to get in a great workout!
Learn proper punches and footwork while working up a sweat in a FUN environment!

Womens Only Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent option for beginners who want to get in a great workout and learn a useful skill!
Learn the sport of Jiu-Jitsu alongside other females!
