Mackenzie is a Judo Black Belt, BJJ Brown Belt & Professional MMA fighter who was a contestant on Season 34 of The Ultimate Fighter! She is a LFA, Bellator, & PFL fight veteran and holds a 6-1 professional record.
She utilizes her amazing Judo skills on the feet, mixed with submissions & ground and pound, earning her TWO LFA Fight of the Night Performances! Mackenzie fights out of One Tough Fight Team in Illinois.
This seminar is FREE to all Significant Strikes members and only $25 for non members.
WHAT IF I DONT TRAIN MMA?
That's okay! This seminar is a great opportunity for the BJJ athlete or MMA competitor. Whether you want to get some great Judo tips, or have fighting specific questions, this is a great opportunity to learn from a seasoned competitor.
She will be covering both standing and ground positions!
***NOTE: NO REGULAR CLASSES SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH***

Sunday, September 6th, we will be hiking back to Lake Michigan, starting at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes!

Meet at 4p, start hiking at 5p!

This is a family friendly event, but the hike back to the water is difficult. We will be hanging at the main Dune for an hour before we get started.

Bring your own water, towel, sunscreen, and anything else you may need.

Combat Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling match, with open hand palm strikes when it gets to the ground. 

Significant Strikes has multiple athletes stepping into the Cage for this event! You wont want to miss this!
